Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of physical security systems across the company's footprint. You will collaborate with operational, service, installation, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of physical security solutions that align with industry best practices and client expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of physical security technologies, project management expertise, and a commitment to delivering superior service.

Duties

  • Develop and manage end-to-end programs for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with technical specifications.
  • Leadservice and support initiatives, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for deployed systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments of physical security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend upgrades or maintenance.
  • Oversee the procurement, installation, and configuration of physical security hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and local legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure quality installation services and ongoing system support.
  • Deliver training programs for internal teams and end-users on physical security systems and protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including system schematics, maintenance logs, and service records.
  • Prepare and present security performance reports, project updates, and system improvement proposals to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+years of experience in physical security systems, with at least 2 years in a program or project management role.
  • Extensive experience with physical security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and intrusion detection.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale installation projects and service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to physical security systems (e.g., BS EN 62676 for CCTV).
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous projects across multiple vendors and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in physical security technologies or systems (e.g., PSP, CCURE, Avigilon, or Genetec certifications).
  • Experience managing global or multi-site physical security projects.
  • Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance monitoring for physical security systems.
