Nicolet Law is seeking a full-time Technical SEO Specialist to work full time out of our Minneapolis, MN office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning the ins and outs of SEO strategy and execution for a large website, with experience in analyzing data and developing technical strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Technical SEO duties including identifying and fixing issues that affect search appearance
* Evaluate and improve website health and performance, and speed optimization
* Develop website strategy
* Analyze website and search engine data (i.e. Google, Bing) to develop reports and track key performance indicators
* Research and implement search engine algorithm changes
* Maintain and update project timelines and deadlines, including researching and strategizing project logistics
* Continuously improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Minimum requirements:
* Have two or more years' proven experience in technical SEO, data engineering, or analytics environment
* Tech savvy with ability to learn new systems, processes, and platforms
* Be meticulous/give a lot of attention to detail and have high follow-through and reliability
* Advanced in Microsoft Excel
* Have a curiosity or familiarity with Google's algorithms
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines and responsibilities simultaneously
* Have a can-do attitude and seek to solve problems when they arise
Preferred experience & qualifications:
* Have two- or four-year degree in computer science, engineering, or IT discipline
* SEO certification
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Coding and programming experience including HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
* Digital analytics experience (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Schema markup implementation (i.e. JSON-LD), internal linking optimization, competitor analysis
