JOB SUMMARYProvide 2nd shift technical service assistance and manage mix room operations. Track, route, and collect data on painted cars, compiling daily reports for customers. Perform periodic inventories of supplied products. Collect data for final line, paint final repair, and CARE line. Adapt to flexible shifts, work schedules, and required overtime. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS•High School Graduate or Equivalent.•Strong technical understanding of paint shops/painting preferred but not required (training provided).•Ability to see color (cannot be color blind).•Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.•Strong customer service aptitude and teamwork skills.•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES42.12d shift technical service assistance and manage mixroom (e.g., checking viscosities, temperatures, pH).•Track, route, and collect data on cars after painting, including film build, appearance, color, and other paint-related data, and compile daily reports for distribution to customers.•Perform periodic inventories of all supplied products.•Collect data for final line, paint final repair, CARE line, etc.•Work some overtime and a few scheduled Saturdays throughout the year.Education: High School
