Job Title: Technical Services Specialist (Regional Office Support)
Duration: 3 months Contract / Right to Hire Pay range $40 - 43/hrBecause this position has the option to go from contract to full-time, we can only accept candidates with the work authorization of a US Citizen or Green Card.Job Description:Join our team and help drive our insurance business transformation!As a Tech Services Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our regional offices. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and supporting various IT projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, AV, and general system issues.
- Provide on-site support for installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve technical support operations.
- Project Management:
- Support technical projects, including office relocations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with regional offices and central IT teams.
- Provide regular updates on technical issues, project status, and improvement opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, AV, or systems support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management certification (PMP) and IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, MCSE)
