eNGINE is hiring a Technical Support Technician to support a customer of ours located in the Washington, PA area. This role involves providing technical support to approximately 200 users, handling around 50 internal tickets per week. The ideal candidate will be adept at following instructions and eager to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to configure computers and peripheral hardware and install and configure software.
  • Knowledge of network concepts, computer fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 User (Entra) and Endpoint (Intune) Management, Exchange Online, and Teams Administration is highly desired.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
