We're in search of an experienced Technical Support Engineer W2 Contract (Onsite Role)

Here are some of the specific details:

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Orlando FL

Duration: 12 month Contract

MUST HAVE skills:

  • Debug JavaScript code as well as find better solutions to custom code.
  • Java/ Javascript Coding Skills.
  • Support engineers use the ServiceNow platform via an internal implementation of its tools to diagnose customer issues.
  • Cases are created by customers and managed by engineers using the ServiceNow software platform.
  • This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $30/hr. to $35/hr. on W2.
