Location: all cities,AK, USA
Job Purpose: Provide technical support assistance for our proprietary software to our client base. Duties: Answering questions, troubleshooting problems, installation of our software and 3rd party software components. Skills/Qualifications: (Not All Required But A Plus) SQL (SSMS), Point of Sale Software, Friendly personality, patience with non-technical users, Windows OS, logic and analytical problem solving skills. Position will require some in-person training but will ultimately be a work from home (WFH) position. Quality internet and access to a windows PC with internet will be required for WFH candidates.
