Walker Elliott is working with our Houston-based client who is looking for a Technical Support professional with BS CS or Computer Engineering. The technical support specialist will provide support for client's products. Client specializes in remote data collection. Responsibilities: Technical support on data transfer, satellite, and radio communications. Will learn products and become knowledgeable on support. Build and deliver training on products. Requirements: Prefer BS in STEM related field. Knowledge of RTU or PLC protocols. Will also teach these concepts. The role will start on site in Clear Lake. Remote available after successful training period.
