You will analyze and resolve customer hardware, software, and network problems in a timely and accurate manner. The role also demands meticulous documentation, thoroughness, and attention to detail, as it significantly impacts the efficiency of all other service delivery departments. See what it takes below.RESPONSIBILITIES Build ongoing relationships with customers.Answer incoming support inquiries via various channels (Chat, phone, email, etc.)Acknowledge all tickets, including cases and escalations, and where possible, resolve tickets upon first contact.Follow-up on open tickets, keeping the clients informed of any updates to their tickets.Log accurate and detailed notes within the ticketing system.Perform advanced troubleshooting steps to resolve various technical issues related to hardware and software problems.Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical consulting role.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent critical thinking skills and eye for details.Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a demanding environment is essential.Preferred Technical Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+.NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship.
