Technical Support - Level 1 Westbury, NY Full Time Information Technology Entry Level Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is looking to hire a Technician to provide our customer with computer installation, maintenance, and support services . This is a full-time, on-site position, in Westbury, NY - Long Island. Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p, M-F. Responsibilities may include: Troubleshooting and supporting end-users Installing desktop hardware and software Performing desktop imaging and configuration Setup and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment Cable testing and diagnostics. Installing and configuring printers Technical support Break / Fix General IT Support Requirements include: Some technical support experience in aprofessional environment Clean and valid drivers license and vehicle.
