We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Manager to lead and manage a growing technical support team, ensuring top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for problem-solving. You will oversee support operations, mentor your team, and develop processes to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical support, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions would prove advantageous
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in support ticketing systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
