Description
At KwiKom, we connect people to Internet and Phone service in-town and rural with fixed wireless and fiber optic technologies. As a Technical Support Representative you will play a vital role in the continued stability and growth of our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
* Provide outstanding technical assistance to KwiKom's customers through troubleshooting, to solve issues for internet, phone, or data installation and connection issues
* Must quickly diagnose, prioritize, and troubleshoot internal/external issues with proven multi-tasking abilities, including distinguishing between customer network and KwiKom connection issues, ensuring users have access to network systems, applications and services.
* Ensure customer satisfaction of each service request by maintaining service status, periodic review of calls with reference to escalation timeframe, and timely closure.
* Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns
* Pro-actively take ownership of open issues and interface successfully with other deptartments.
* Assist customers with basic billing assistance, including taking payments, account explanations/adjustments
* Must be professional in speech and manner
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
* Great people skills and ability to handle conflict well.
* Possess basic computer skills and the desire to constantly learn and expand your knowledge.
* Strong technical understanding of the internet, networking, and computers preferred.
* Able to handle multitasking in multiple windows and programs.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment while managing multiple interruptions and adjustment to priorities throughout the day.
* Must demonstrate accountability in order to organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Schedule: Sunday - Sunday (40 hours weekly, support hours are 7AM - 7PM 7 days a week)
