In the role of Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to the company's customers, service facilities, for avionics systems, mechanical systems and structural related issues.You will serve as a technical support subject matter expert in the following aircraft systems:Avionics systems, mechanical systems, structures.You will also maintain the customer database for accurate tracking of all field issues identified and resolved.Compensation is $55 - $65k plus overtime. You will receive extensive training on all systems related.Location: Greensboro, NC. .
