This company is rapidly growing their manufacturing, distribution, and retail presence which has grown their need for more onsite support in their manufacturing and distribution facilities in Skowhegan and Augusta Maine. Our manager is not looking for someone that is just looking for their next job but someone that is hungry to grow their career and find their home within IT.They are looking for candidates with:Longevity in their background , tier two level desktop experience supporting windows, PC, Office 365, active directory, hardware and some networking in their background .- 4 plus years of Level two Desktop Support experience- Experience supporting Windows, PC, MAC- Experience Active Directory and Azure AD, email exchange admin- Hands on troubleshooting experience, hardware, setting up PCs and Laptops- Experience delivering under pressure and supporting higher ups in the organization- Independent and able to follow direction, working with a team is importantMost importantly this team is super hands on and engaging, this manager primarily looks for GREAT customer service, someone that is people oriented and confident in their ability to be autonomous and take on challenges.SkillsTechnical support, Windows 10, Desktop, Active directory, Office 365, Hardware, mac os x, Support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Windows 7, Ticketing systemTop Skills DetailsTechnical support,Windows 10,Desktop,Active directory,Office 365,Hardware,mac os xAdditional Skills & QualificationsCore Strengths- Strong people and customer service skills- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as phone etiquette, listening skills and attentiveness, and follow-up skills- Ability to identify and remediate technical problems though the use of available resources accurately and effectively- Team and detail oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Independent and able to follow directionExperience LevelIntermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
