Job Description:
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist This is a New Yok City onsite position. Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension. Responsibilities: The job responsibilities will include the following focus areas 1. Helpdesk Support 2. Technical Troubleshooting 3. System Monitoring 4. User Support 5. Private Equity Compliance 6. Proactive Engagement End-user first level support including endpoint hardware and software, connectivity, user account provisioning and security. Have good knowledge of enterprise systems like Investran (private equity fund administration system), Workday, Salesforce etc. Should have hands-on experience in first level support for Azure infrastructure. Respond and resolve IT issues around basic hardware, software, and network. Be able to provide multi-channel (voice, email, ticketing systems and chat) support. Should be able to proactively escalate to L2/L3 teams for issue resolution. 8-12 Years of Experience. Bachelor's degree in related field.
