ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position is a 40-hour/week contract role responsible for providing tech support through phone and web portal requests. You will be responsible for taking calls, creating and managing detailed tickets, and following up on tickets for multiple retail locations throughout the country.
Responsibilities and expertise include:
2- 3 yrs. experience using and supporting:
Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
