Job Description:

Role: Tier I Customer and Store Support

Contract; 6-12 months

Office: Hybrid. 3 days onsite in Austin, TX

Schedule: TBD

  • 5:30am- 2:00pm cst
  • 7:30am-4:00pm cst
  • 12pm-8:30pm cst
  • You will have 2 days off in a row (ex. Tues/Wed off, Wed/Thurs off, Thurs/Fri off)

Payrate: $20.26/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position is a 40-hour/week contract role responsible for providing tech support through phone and web portal requests. You will be responsible for taking calls, creating and managing detailed tickets, and following up on tickets for multiple retail locations throughout the country.

Responsibilities and expertise include:

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Ability to speak to customer's level of expertise
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

2- 3 yrs. experience using and supporting:

  • Service Now Ticketing Support
  • MS Active Directory (AD)
  • A+ Certification Preferred
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Preferred
  • Microsoft Windows OS and the file structure
  • Good knowledge Mac OS and the file structure
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)?knowledge and experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in a multi-user environment
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
  • Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation

Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
