Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary technical point of contact.
- Lead client workshops and meetings to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify pain points.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are aligned with client needs.
- Solution Design and Delivery:
- Design and architect solutions that leverage Appian, Salesforce, and MuleSoft technologies to address client business challenges.
- Create detailed solution architectures, including process flows, data models, and integration diagrams.
- Develop level of effort (LOE) estimates for new project requests and change orders.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation or ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems.
- Work with product vendors and support teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
- Thought Leadership:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of Appian, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
What you must have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions architect role.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience with Appian, Salesforce, and MuleSoft technologies.
What we'd like you to have: - Experience with other integration platforms and cloud technologies is a plus.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $76,848.00 - $130,642.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
