Primary responsibilities include:•Consult with MSC leadership to design, implement, and maintain mobile training materials and programs•Conduct a needs evaluation to inform the design and development of curriculum and other training materials to meet the needs of MSC shipboard network administrators•Analyze existing curriculum and training methodologies for effectiveness and provide feedback on ways to enhance or replace each•Assist in creating, modifying, or updating training curriculum for mobile delivery to shipboard network administrators•Create graphics, visuals, and other content to support content deliveryJob Requirements•Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M, and be able to get appropriate Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire•Must have 5 years or more of progressive experience as a technical training consultant, technical trainer, or training analyst•May occasionally travel to MSC ships, some of which are in shipyard environments and require PPESecurity ClearanceSecretJob TypeFull-timeStratasCorp provides a complete compensation package with competitive wages and benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA & HSA accounts, disability and other income protection benefits, life insurance, paid personal time-off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401K Saving Plan with a company matching contribution.StratasCorp is a private corporation established in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
