Our Client a well known Investment Bank is seeking a Technical Writer in their New York, New York Location
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for Apple Card Savings servicing.
- Create clear and concise talking points to aid customer service representatives in providing accurate information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and ensure the documentation meets their needs.
- Utilize JIRA and Solutions Manager for tracking progress and managing updates.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documents.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Solutions Manager is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing.
