In this role, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining our knowledge base (KB), as well as developing content that serves and empowers our client community. You'll collaborate with various departments, ensuring our documentation is clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date. We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working with ambiguity, and is excited about the opportunity to help shape and grow our content from the ground up.   • Own and maintain the Customer Knowledge Base: Be responsible for creating, organizing, and regularly updating the content to ensure it reflects current features, processes, and best practices.
  • Create new content: Develop clear and comprehensive how-to guides, troubleshooting articles, FAQs, and feature overviews that help our clients get the most out of the product.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with product, support, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure technical content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the company's messaging and goals.
  • Be the voice of clarity: Ensure all documentation is written in a user-friendly tone, balancing technical accuracy with approachable language to support users of all skill levels.
  • Help build out future community content: Collaborate with the Community Manager and other stakeholders to create educational resources, onboarding materials, and community-driven content for our upcoming client community.
  • Keep documentation organized and accessible: Ensure content is structured logically and easily searchable for users, updating tagging and categorization as needed.
  • Track content performance: Use analytics tools to monitor how users engage with documentation and make data-driven improvements to enhance usability and relevance.
  • Respond to customer feedback: Review feedback on articles and make updates based on client needs, ensuring documentation is continuously improved and refined.
  • Stay up-to-date on product developments: Continuously track product updates and new features, working proactively to document changes and create content that reflects the latest product capabilities.
  • Collaborate on internal enablement: Support internal teams by creating technical reference materials and quick-start guides for sales and support teams to use when working with clients.
  • Ensure consistency across channels: Align documentation with other customer-facing content to ensure a consistent voice and message across knowledge base articles, tutorials, community posts, and other educational materials.
The skills you'll need:
  • 2+ years of Technical Writing experience
  • 1-2+ years of SaaS industry experience

  • Once your application is received, we will review it and get back to you if we feel like it's a mutual fit!
  • 20 minute phone call with the People Team
  • 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 1-3 rounds of interviews depending on the role
  • Final Interview
