Requirements:
- Must have general knowledge of 4-cycle engines, and be willing to learn.
- Certifications are helpful, but not required. Training for specific equipment will be provided.
- Must be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in the shop and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to begin each workday with a positive attitude.
- Have good communication skills relating to employees, customers, and vendors.
- Have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
- Pass the pre-employment drug screen and background check. Schulhoff Tool Rental is a drug-free workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain rental equipment and some customer equipment, including, diagnosing engine problems and related mechanical apparatus, understanding equipment function.
- Must maintain a clean and organized shop area.
- When needed, drive service truck to customer site for service call.
- Observe all safety and security procedures, use equipment properly, and report unsafe conditions.
