Description
Position Summary
KBX Golden, a division of Wind River Environmental, deals primarily with the installation, repair, and servicing of municipal wastewater collection systems.
Requirements:
Driver's license and ability to comply with DOT regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assists with a variety of manual labor tasks as needed.
* Load and unload vehicle
* Maintain equipment cleanliness, tools and hoses
* Provide excellent customer service
* Must be able to work overtime including weekends and holidays
* Must be able to work on-call rotations as needed
* Must comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
* Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free. Must have the ability to recognize hazards inherent in routine and non-routine tasks and make adjustments to avoid loss, injury or accident.
* Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job.
Work Environment
* You are regularly exposed outside weather conditions and non-hazardous fumes
* Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in excavation and pipelaying preferred.
* Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
* Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
* Ability to speak, cooperate, and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
* Ability to work independently and manager pressure to meet deadlines.
* Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
* Ability to perform basic math functions.
