Fabricate Hipo products, which includes a wide variety of products requiring high amount of skill, experience, accuracy, and print reading.
- Medium to heavy assembly
- Assemble components used to make sub-assemblies
- Install panels, card racks and sub-assemblies
- Perform detailed wiring
- Cabinet layout and wiring based diagrams, schematics and wire lists
- Operate power and hand tools
- Hand soldering
- Fabricate and modifies products:
- Printed circuit boards
- Cable assemblies
- Wiring harnesses
- Wire wrap boards
- Panels and enclosures
- Cabinet sub-assemblies
- Sheet metal assemblies
- Operate crane
- Operate forklift
- Operate oil processing equipment Correct problems arising during fabrication and final testing of equipment. Review and revise all engineering documentation for potential errors and omissions. Assist in special projects. Provide support/training to Assemblers, Technicians I as needed. Recommend methods to improve the assembly. What will help you thrive in this role? Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills:
- One to two years electronics experience
- Two plus years of assembly experience and ability to follow written assembly procedures, assembly drawings, wire lists and wiring diagrams.
- Must be able to proficiently read and use schematic and engineering drawings to build products Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
