Job Description:
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Technology Analyst-Financial Applications to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications Platform (EAP) team.This is a full time, on-site position, located at our corporate office, located in Springfield, MA.Your role as a Technology Analyst - Information Technology EAP Dept:The Technology Analyst- Financial Applications is responsible for working with assigned financial customers/areas to translate business requirements into application/system solution.This key role will collaborate with all C-Suite, HR Management, HR Staff, Payroll, Financial, IT teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS and accounts payable/ budgeting/ grant applications and assist with auditing needs according to company policy and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote the implementation and adoption of new modules for HRIS and Financial systems, including configuration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design, direct and perform analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues/ business problems including analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.
  • Assist with converting manual business processes into workflows and system configurations and complete design of technical requirements for the application/solution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR data and systems for internal stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams, and HRIS vendors.
  • Create end-user documentation for HR teams, financial managers, and employees.
  • Perform special projects or related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
REQUIRMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of systems analysis and configurations experience with UKG or related HRIS, blackbaud and grant management applications.
  • Ability to pass a CORI and driving record background check
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
