Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research of vendors, tools and technology solutions.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support across the company virtually and onsite.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Test new technology.
- Produce and deliver regular status reports to leadership.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Interface directly with end users and MSP to assist in ticket resolution.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Conduct firm wide or group training on various applications or systems.
- Conduct new user training/onboarding.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required which may include, but are not limited to, phone system management, password management software, security systems, ISP or mobile provider management, mobile device management, A/V solutions and/or platforms that fall under the technology's team purview.
Qualifications for this position:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, or specialized training in:
- Computer Science
- Computing
- Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Technology/IT at an Associate level.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly proficient in computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to regional offices, with occasional travel outside the region as required.
