Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Research of vendors, tools and technology solutions.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide technical support across the company virtually and onsite.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technology.
  • Produce and deliver regular status reports to leadership.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Interface directly with end users and MSP to assist in ticket resolution.
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Conduct firm wide or group training on various applications or systems.
  • Conduct new user training/onboarding.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required which may include, but are not limited to, phone system management, password management software, security systems, ISP or mobile provider management, mobile device management, A/V solutions and/or platforms that fall under the technology's team purview.
Qualifications for this position:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree, or specialized training in:
    • Computer Science
    • Computing
    • Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Technology/IT at an Associate level.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to regional offices, with occasional travel outside the region as required.
