- Provide on-site end-user support, including but not limited to configuring digital audio signal processors, video conferencing systems, VoIP endpoints, and other audiovisual equipment used for production.
- Document and track Helix tickets until resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all issues related to our site's integrated AV systems, including diagnostics, resetting codecs, display and audio connectivity issues, joining meetings, cabling, break/fix, AV rack, etc.
- Offer end-user support for both Macs and PCs.
- Coordinate and run MS Live Events, collaborating with various agencies to facilitate Live Events, town halls, Lunch and Learns, and panel setups.
- Provide demos and support for Live Events as required.
- Assist Executive Assistants with ELT meetings.
- Update building signage as needed.
- Travel to different sites occasionally and handle equipment up to 30 lbs.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- College diploma or Certification preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent program.
- Proficiency with Shure microphones and speakers.
- Experience with Sonos systems.
- Proven ability to run live events and webinars, with a solid understanding of the Teams platform.
- Experience with Zoom meetings and a general understanding of the Zoom platform.
SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
