We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to define and implement our client's infrastructure strategy in collaboration with their Application Team and global partners, focusing on transforming and modernizing their platform. This role will also ensure the safe and secure operation of services through effective production management and controlled changes, adhering to group policies and risk management standards.

Description
- Oversee daily infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead large-scale infrastructure change initiatives, such as data center migrations, to enhance our capabilities.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), while ensuring low latency solutions.
- Foster global collaboration, effectively manage stakeholders at all levels-including C-suite executives-and inspire and lead the team while handling vendor relationships.

Profile
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with at least ten years of experience in IT operations.
- Hold relevant certifications and ongoing education, with additional technology experience in areas such as Cisco routers and switches, Microsoft Azure, Office365, MS Exchange, VMWare, SSO, DNS, Cisco WiFi, NetApp storage, SAN storage, firewall management, SD-WAN, and server management across Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems, complemented by strong technical knowledge across various platforms and technologies.
- Exhibit proven experience in directly managing teams, including conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to enhance team development.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively with diverse teams across locations, and bring a solid background in Agile or DevOps practices with a focus on continuous delivery and integration.
