This is a key leadership role where you will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation within our organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.Responsibilities:Overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, and PLC Engineering departments as well as acting as a liaison between those departments and upper leadershipCreating and managing capital project budgetsWorking with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projectsWorking with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirementsHours outside of regular workweek may be required when equipment scheduling is neededCreate continuous improvement plansMaintain company network and server infrastructurePrevent cyber security issuesSkills and Qualifications:A four-year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications)At least 10 years' experience in the Software Engineering and Information Technology fields with the understanding of PLC programming as wellExperience within house software developmentFamiliarity with the software development life cycleExposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, PythonExperience with SQL databasesUnderstanding of network systemsUnderstanding of server equipmentUnderstanding of internet security and data privacyAllen Bradley PLC experienceHMI Screen Development experienceFactoryTalk Site Edition experienceProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to implement continuous improvementsQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
