Job Description:
POSITION: Technology Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:IT Operations Management
  • Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems operate seamlessly and securely to support our organization.
  • Evaluate new technologies, recommend system upgrades, and lead troubleshooting to maintain top-notch system availability.
  • Guarantee compliance with data protection regulations and uphold our high standards in IT policy.
Project Leadership
  • Lead the full lifecycle of technology projects, from ideation to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align tech initiatives with business goals, providing strategic documentation and post-project assessments.
People Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a skilled IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Drive talent development, from recruitment to training, ensuring a strong, adaptable team ready to meet organizational needs.
  • Shape IT strategy in alignment with PASCO's priorities, enhancing the organization's tech capabilities.
Support and Training
  • Act as the primary contact for high-level IT issues, delivering solutions and proactive training.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring optimal service and product integration across the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related experience
  • 5+ years in IT management, including team leadership and project management
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills, able to simplify complex tech concepts
  • Experience using Salesforce (highly preferred)

Physical or Other Requirements (with little or reasonable accommodation):
  • Requires close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
  • Sedentary detailed work, primarily at a computer or desk.
  • Occasional standing or walking required during site visits or for equipment inspections.
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally for handling equipment or tools.
PAY/STATUS: $90K$110K DOE / Exempt LOCATION/SCHEDULE: Hybrid; 2 or 3 days will be onsite at our Lakewood OR CoSprings offices PASCO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
