A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technology Manager . Position type: Full-time, Contract Location: Jackson, Missouri Fulltime As an Technology Manager Y ou will be: Description: As the Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. This is a key leadership role where you will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.   • Overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, Programming, and PLC Engineering departments as well as acting as a liaison between those departments and upper leadership
  • Creating and managing capital project budgets
  • Working with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projects
  • Working with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirements
  • Hours outside of regular workweek may be required when equipment scheduling is needed
  • Create continuous improvement plans
  • Maintain company network and server infrastructure
  • Prevent cyber security issues
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A four-year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications)
  • At least 10 years' experience in the Software Engineering and Information Technology fields with the understanding of PLC programming as well
  • Experience within house software development
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle
  • Exposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, Python
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Understanding of network systems
  • Understanding of server equipment
  • Understanding of internet security and data privacy
  • Allen Bradley PLC experience
  • HMI Screen Development experience
  • FactoryTalk Site Edition experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to implement continuous improvements
