We are seeking a Technology Operations Support Engineer to provide technical support of internally developed systems as well as third-party applications to team members.Key Responsibilities
- Support Jukebox Health end users with troubleshooting and debugging issues relating to applications, devices, and technology.
- Provide internal application development support, helping Jukebox Health teams to create workflows and integrations between internal tools and third-party systems.
- On- and off-board users to and from internal and external tools, systems, and applications, handling user account administration.
- Participate in IT and security audits and help to remediate issues and keep Jukebox Health systems running according to SLAs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in startup environments
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
