The Team- Strategy & Transformation Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions. Your Impact
  • Work with a diverse set of commercial clients ranging from growth and mid-size companies to leading enterprise Fortune 100 brands.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
  • Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
  • Lead current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.
  • Leverage a roll-up your sleeves style to develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives.
  • Manage, coach, and lead project teams to deliver complex engagements.
  • Participate in business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
  • Contribute to industry best perspectives on the implications of market trends such as data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macro-economic trends, regulatory demands.
  • Develop product specifications, communicate those specifications to client leadership and related stakeholders, and spearhead the implementation of those specifications with product teams.
  • Leverage customer insights and industry trends to influence priorities and roadmap feature development.
  • Oversee agile ceremonies and define scrum backlog items, to include epics, features, and user stories that guide development teams towards product delivery.
Your ExperienceMinimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related discipline
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, and/or highly relevant industry/functional experience in Technology/Product Management, Finance/Banking, Operations
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of client organizations
  • Ability to manage the strategy and execution of large scale, technically complex and cross functional programs
  • Demonstrates an executive presence that will enable strong communication between Technology and the Business
  • Enate ability to strategically prioritize requirements and drive alignment with senior leaders
  • Experience with using technical knowledge to influence roadmaps, architecture decisions, and resolve hard technical dependencies
  • Excels at influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to leverage design thinking and strategic analysis to gain buy-in or negotiating trade offs
  • Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo transformation
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
  • At least 2 years working with Data Analytics or Software Delivery
  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Technical project management/program management experience
  • Experience working on technical implementations, including data transformation within financial services
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business-related undergraduate degree)
  • Previous experience with merger integration within the financial services industry
  • Strong ability to translate product concepts and ideas into Epics and User Stories; experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at MorganFranklin Consulting depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, MorganFranklin believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $ $109,062 and $ $236,754.58. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
