Senior Technology Project Manager Location - Remote
Required: - Strong experience project managing field services management and mobile workforce management solutions for utilities
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field)
- 7+ years of professional experience formally leading projects within a cross-functional environment
- Strong experience working within the Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative models
- Ability to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fast-paced business environment
- Experience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to large groups
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office tool set (Word, Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
Preferred: - Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certification
- Experience working in Software Development and Test Organizations
- Master's degree (in aforementioned fields)
- Experience in Energy & Utilities or services industry
- Experience with SAP implementations or optimizations
- Experience with PPM tools (e.g., UMT360, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online, etc.)
- Experience in a consultative role with an implementation service organization or start-up
