Job Title: Director - Technology Strategy The Technology Strategist is responsible for combining their understanding of the client's technology landscape and architecture with their understanding of the client's business strategy to develop and implement an effective and enabling technology strategy. They must have knowledge of the client's business systems, including customer-facing applications, legacy technology systems, modern banking technology, and financial services. They are a trusted partner and advisor to CTOs and CIOs of a diverse set of organizations. As a person progresses in this role, responsibilities can expand from leading technology strategy with financial services clients to building and growing a team of technology strategists across multiple industries. Responsibilities
- Understand the client's technology landscape and architecture, including capabilities, maturity level, and gaps, as it pertains to the business systems for modern banking technology, financial services and Health and Life sciences.
- Work with the Slalom industry teams on strategy and offerings.
- Collaborate with other Slalom markets on resourcing and customer strategy activities.
- Develop and implement an effective and enabling technology strategy aligned with the client's business strategy.
- Identify and design technology solution options and capabilities that enable a client's business strategy, from key focused enabling elements to enterprise-wide technology strategies.
- Communicate technical concepts and strategies clearly and concisely to CXO-level executives.
- Collaborate with a broad range of leaders to align technical strategy, business strategy, solution alignment, business cases, and risk profiles for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
