Farm Health Guardian is seeking a Technology Support Rep We are looking for a technology support representative who enjoys working with the latest B2B hardware and software technology and providing service and support to our growing agriculture customer base in North America (Canada, United States, Mexico). Customer Support Coordinator Overview We are seeking an organized, high-energy team member based in the Mid-West US to join our business development team. This role is a perfect fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and you take pride in providing a high level of customer service.Position: Technology Support RepresentativeLocation: Remote – based in Mid-West US (preferably Minnesota or Iowa)Reports to: Customer Success RepSalary: Competitive salary (based on experience and other factors) What you'll be doing:Provide customer support and troubleshooting for software, mobile app and hardware issues both proactively and when requested by users (using email, chat, phone)Coordinate on-boarding of new customers including training sessions (virtual and in-person), new user set-up, configuring the software for new customers, creating weekly insights reports and ongoing customer communicationsDeveloping content and training materials to support customer success (such as training videos, user documentation, weekly update reports, etc.)Manage GPS hardware device inventory including the ordering, labeling, and shipping of devices to clients. Who we're looking for:Solid understanding of agriculture, animal health or biosecurity fundamentalsStrong organizational ability and attention to detailDemonstrated professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.Demonstrated ability to learn new digital technologies quicklyProven ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment The perfect candidate would also meet some of the following criteria:Experience with hardware and/or software support rolesBilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in livestock production systems or customer service or sales support.
