We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technology Support Specialist to join our team and ensure seamless operations for our new client and VIP programs.Job Summary:The Technology Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our technology systems, supporting clients and coaches, and performing data and technical activities. You will manage app support tickets, update systems, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to app support tickets, providing resolutions or escalating issues as needed.
  • Accurately load and update content, images, and assets in the content management system.
  • Monitor and manage help desk ticketing systems, prioritizing and triaging requests effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and provide basic technical support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
  • Perform data entry, analysis, and management tasks using spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support and manage client profiles in platforms such as Facebook and HubSpot.
  • Communicate with clients and coaches regarding tasks and updates related to programming and profiles.
  • Update client data in the CRM and respond to texts or emails as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for new client and VIP programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and troubleshooting principles.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer or technology support role is a plus.
