Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound phone support and assist with basic troubleshooting tasks, such as unlocks, resets, and clearing cache/cookies
• Deliver excellent customer service and support to end-users
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Team-player with a customer-centric approach

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field OR
• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

***This is for an after hours position. Would need to be willing to work nights and/or weekends indefinitely***Hours employee will potentially be asked to work - Must be flexible Saturday - Tuesday 8am - 6:30pm Friday - Sunday 5:30pm - 7am Monday - Wednesday 5:30pm - 7am***The hourly range for this position is $23.78. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
