Much like our market-leading, entrepreneurial client base, Fenwick constantly seeks ways to innovate and remain best in class both for our legal work and for our client service. As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with cutting-edge companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company. We don't assign you work, and you're never under any obligation to take on work. You set the parameters of what you're looking for, and we try to match you with suitable clients and engagements.

We are actively seeking SaaS and/or software licensing attorneys for temporary long-term engagements with several of our clients. Qualifications include:

• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, tech transfer agreements, partnership and distribution agreements, and joint development agreements
• Experience providing advice on contractual issues, including limitations of liability, indemnification, IP ownership, confidentiality, warranties, and termination
• Attorneys with experience on either or both the outbound (sales) side and/or inbound (procurement) side are needed
• Prior large law firm and in-house experience with a cloud-based/internet software company preferred

We have both full-time and part-time engagements, and 90%+ of our roles are fully remote.
