The Teen Director's responsibilities include the management of staff, program development, program deliverables, budget, outreach, recruitment, and key community partnerships such as local schools. The impact of teen programs will be carefully measured and monitored for continuous improvement. Teen programs take place during the school year concurrent with the school day, after school hours, and Saturday evenings. Teen programs also take place during the summer on Saturday evenings. The Teen Director will supervise all teen travel, including overnight and multi-day trips.Key Responsibilities:
