You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, warming up leads, and taking inbound calls from various marketing channels. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce HavenHub's products and services.
  • Warm up leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and providing valuable information about our offerings.
  • Handle inbound calls from different marketing channels, addressing customer inquiries and providing information on our products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer outreach and inbound call-handling strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ year of call center phone experience required.
  • Previous experience in both outbound and inbound customer service is preferred.
  • Experience using an outbound dialer is preferred.
  • Experience in the home service industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work weekends based on schedule.
