Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Aerial Groundhand/Laborers for Telecom projects with our Broadband Communications division. An Aerial Groundman/Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexity and perform site work.
Responsibilities:
* Work as a part of an overhead telecom crew.
* Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site.
* Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor.
* Handle physically demanding construction duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Valid CDL-A is strongly desired
* Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills
* Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach.
* Must be able to climb ladders.
* Must be able to travel as needed
* Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions
* Must meet DOT requirements
* Basic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools etc
* Must be committed to working safely
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
