We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecom Analyst to assist with the installation and configuration of Microsoft Teams on employee PCs. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating user instructions and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition to the platform. This is a contract to hire position. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation and configuration of Microsoft Teams on employee PCs. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compatibility and functionality with existing systems. Develop comprehensive user guides and instructional materials for Microsoft Teams. Provide training and support to employees on the use of Microsoft Teams features and functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the installation and use of Microsoft Teams. Monitor user feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement of the Teams experience. Maintain documentation of installation processes and user support requests. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Teams features and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in telecommunications, IT support, or a related role. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its functionalities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service. Experience in creating user documentation and training materials is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 applications and integration with Teams. Experience with remote installation tools and IT support software. Understanding of VoIP technologies and telecommunication systems.
