With us, you'll stay empowered to do your best work by creating astounding possibilities for local communities and beyond.In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:Design & PermittingSite/Walkout - Reviews & QC - Thorough review of route design and walkout details to determine alternate solutions have been identified for any discovered items or potential issues that would negatively affect the project outcome. Determine costs vs. timeline impacts and apply best plan of action. Identify alternate plans and solutions as needed.Permitting - Review denied applications to determine timeline and cost impacts. Apply best plans of action.Electrical Make - Ready Contractors - Manage timeline progress. Proactive engagement to steer positive results. Ensure any required Right of Way permitting is procured to meet expected timelines.Right of Way Permits - Manage timeline progress and adjust as needed.Construction Design Packages - QC for correctness and completeness. Ensure thorough reviews of the packages are completed with the Contractor(s).Smart sheet Tracker - Complete updates with applicable files uploaded.Follow-up - All action items & open issues.ConstructionResources - Review daily contractor roster (s) and production reports. Apprise if additional resources are needed to meet committed schedules.Materials - oversight of BOMs, lead times. Identify alternate vendors if needed to fulfill orders.Weekly Production Verification & Quality Inspection - Review weekly production reports and verify accuracy. Inspect sample of work as required.
