Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
Provide customer support to new and existing customer accounts
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention

Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency
Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis
