The Washington, DC office of Dentons US LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Communications and Technology sector within our Federal Regulatory and Compliance practice. The associate hired for this position will work closely with partners and associates on matters related to telecom, media, wireless, cable, privacy, and data security. Expected responsibilities will include:

• Handling a broad range of technology, media and telecom matters for high-profile clients who rely on the practice to solve their most complex problems
• Counseling clients on legal, regulatory and policy matters such as privacy and data security, universal service, competition, and interconnection
• Performing general research and writing tasks for a variety of clients
• Supporting the growth and management of client relationships in the technology, media, and telecom spheres

Pursuant with District of Columbia law, the salary range for this position will be $235,000 - $310,000 based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
