Job Title: Continuous Improvement ManagerJob Location: Jamaica-USA-11430Work Location Type: On-SiteSalary Range: $ - 133,286.00 per yearRole Purpose StatementDrive operational excellence and financial performance within the Customer Service Center (CSC). Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of operational standards and Lean manufacturing principles to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve budgetary goals. Collaborate closely with regional and corporate teams to ensure alignment with company policies.Main AccountabilitiesImplement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staffImplement LSG Production System for CSC in line with corporate and regional policiesAbility to teach the principals of lean and other process improvements and provide training as required within area of CSC (for example, Kaizen events)Support CSC in the implementation of Regional Operational Excellence Strategy, guidelines, and policiesSupport CSC management teams to achieve business targets (KPI's)Define continuous improvement targets together with the management staff and report performance against set operational objectivesAnalyze cost reduction potential; Accountable for settling and delivering budget results related to productivity/process improvementsReport on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service deliveryEnsure communication and know-how sharing processes between CSCs in the country/regionIdentify and train CSC departmental management and core employees on production system methodology and lean principlesKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent experience requiredIn addition, five to seven years experience in developing and implementing production/process methods and with at least three to five years experience in a manufacturing/automotive industry requiredEffective workshop facilitator skills required; experience in leading teams, driving change and delivering resultsKnowledge of lean concepts including Toyota Production System principles requiredProven track record in Lean manufacturing and success in implementation of redesigned processesSix Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Master Certification preferredKnowledge of Total Quality Management and Change Management experience is preferredStrong analytical and problem solving skillsSound delegation skills accompanied with effective ability for follow-upProficient with windows based softwareExcellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationPlease note, this position is fully on-site located at: Building 139, JFK Airport - Jamaica NY 11430LSG Sky Chefs is an EEO and Affirmative Action Employer of Women/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
