Job Summary:Responsible for providing high-quality remote healthcare delivery. Requires a Medical Assistant Diploma or Certified Nursing Assistant Program Completion. Experience in the delivery of virtual care and working knowledge of medical theory, clinical practice, patient care, and medical terminology are essential.Key Responsibilities:•Develop efficient and effective workflows for consistent, high-quality remote healthcare delivery.•Train other healthcare staff to operate and maintain telehealth equipment.•Interpret data, identify and track trends, and analyze for process improvement.•Ensure familiarity with prison custody, safety and security regulations; health services policies and procedures; and inmate behavior.Required Qualifications:•Medical Assistant Diploma or Certified Nursing Assistant Program Completion.•Experience in the delivery of virtual care.•Working knowledge of medical theory, clinical practice, patient care, and medical terminology.•Proficiency in using computers, associated software applications, office equipment, and medical equipment and peripherals (e.g., stethoscope).•Experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.•Knowledgeable in the legal and ethical aspects of correctional medicine.
