We are seeking a Telehealth Customer Service Agent for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

* Insurance Verification and explanation of benefits to patients

* Respond / Answer incoming calls from customers routed from a CareNow clinic to a centralized queue and Quote estimated wait times

* Knowledge of Urgent Care EMR - able to access and read notes and referral orders, Register Web Check-Ins patients in EMR when indicated

* Trouble shoot/ resolve problems

* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

* Make out bound calls to Web Check-In patients as needed, Follow up with patients with customer care questions

You will need:

* 1+ year of experience in a medical office setting

* 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service or help desk capacity

* Experience using Experity for electronic health records or an EHR system is required

* Must have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook and Internet.

* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

* Ability to handle complaint and unpleasant patients in a professional manner.
