Telehealth Primary Care ProvidersMD/DO/NP Now hiring for Per Visit! Parker at Your Door, a medical house calls program serving Long Island and the NY Metro region, is seeking a Telehealth Primary Care Providers (MD/DO/NP) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals to lead the growth and operational success of the telehealth program. Parker at Your Door provides quality convenient primary medical care to our patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Telehealth provider, you will oversee the implementation and leadership of Parker At Your Door's Telehealth program, maintain alignment with strategic objectives and goals for Parker at Your Door, while assuming responsibility for assigned patients virtually and telephonically, while working collaboratively with other members of the health care team to ensure that quality care is delivered appropriately, adequately and with compassion. Position Qualifications
  • Licensed in NYS as an MD, DO or NP
  • If Physician-Board Certified or Board Certified eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Palliative Care, Hospice or a related field)
  • DEA license
  • 1+ years of prior experience as an MD, DO or NP
  • Must be able to travel independently to assigned locations in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties
  • Prior experience in home health, geriatrics or medical house calls setting preferred
  • Proficiency in eClinical Works, Allscripts, Sigma Care or similar a plus
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
