Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate with prospects
Record and update customer information in our database
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent listening skills and patience
Positive attitude and resilience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with CRM software
